My copy is perfect, no distortion. The distortion (reported by others) could be a case of poor cartridge setup, some of the loud ambient glitch-ages might be hard for the stylus to track. 5/5 reissue

I love this album; it's my favourite from Oren's large catalogue. Unfortunately, the vinyl pressing is very poor. Some of the clean sine tones distort wildly (I've ABed it against the digital files to make sure, as, Oren would probably delight in distorting sine tones), and, anybody who knows this album, would realise that it is filled with sine tones throughout. Oren's music is so methodical and inquiry based, regarding sonics, and, I'm very surprised that such a poor pressing was made. Anybody else with this problem? I'd recommend sticking with the digital files with this album.
