I was blown away with the sound quality of this album. It beats every single Ziggy I own by a mile. I highly recommended to anyone!

I know a lot of people are kinda split on MoFi historically, but when they got it right, they REALLY got it right-- and this is a prime example.

This pressing is so detailed, you can literally hear the room tone off the kick drum at the beginning of "Five Years".

If you're looking for the definitive version of this album on vinyl, this is it.

Yep, everything everyone says about this pressing is true, and then some. This is without a DOUBT the best sounding record in my collection of almost 2,000. I’m so serious. It’s like standing in the studio, you will NEVER hear this album the same way again. And as a matter of fact, you haven’t even truly heard or experienced Ziggy Stardust if you haven’t heard this record played over a massive sound system. Every time I listen to it I can’t understand how it can manage to sound so massive yet clear. I feel like I could set the original master tapes up on a reel to reel and not get what I get out of this record. I want to personally meet every single person who was involved in the mastering and creation of this piece of vinyl, and thank them for their service in the preservation of this masterpiece.

I’ve had several South African pressings of this album till i came across this copy, with lots of surface scratches, but still, it knocked the socks off anything I’d heard. Needless to say i got rid of the SA pressings. This is a great sounding LP.

Can't agree with everyone else, just buy it. I haven't been introduced to an original recording, by damn. I can't imagine it getting better.

I've listened to many different pressings of this album and nothing comes close to this on a proper stereo system. It brought me to tears for real. It really sings on Altec Model 19 speakers. Worth every penny.

I just did a shootout with a '72 US vs the Mobile Fidelity one. I've had both since new. The MF has way more dynamic range than the '72 to me.

Listening to this pressing on a audiophile system is a religious experience, plain and simple.

I've got like 8 copies of Ziggy, including the Dynaflex, 6e/4e, 1e/2e, Ryko, 40th Anniversary...there are a few correct answers I'd say for "best one". 6e/4e & 40th both have this great rock power, great drums, sound hot. This one though, while maybe a bit more clinical is an amazing deep dive for anyone that wants a huge soundstage and separation. This is a very revealing version which I always go back to, despite usually recommending 6e/4e when asked

God knows how people think this is the best there is, it's average at best. Very brittle. 2012 LP trounces this hands down.
