I have this US version and it sounds great. Such a killer album by a very underrated “band”. If anyone’s thinking of taking the plunge for a copy of this album, the ‘87 US is a damn fine press. -
I don't think this is intentionally translucent. It's just the vinyl used in the pressing; possibly not virgin vinyl, so it's not pure black. This is probably the same as the other U.S. listings.
