The Holy Grail! Sounds so great! That Scarlet>Fire. 🤤. I added this to Boston 5/7/77 in the last 2 weeks. Can’t stop spinning ‘em.

Edited 2 years agoSounds phenomenal! Press quality is also excellent. I didn't feel the need to pre-clean the vinyl like I normally do and there wasn't a single pop or tick across any of the discs on first playthrough.

Was nervous about this at first and didn’t believe it to be true. Especially at list price from dead.net. But damn this sounds amazing! Very hot pressing. Phil is thumping and everything is incredibly balanced. The show of shows!

Sounds great, never thought i would get ahold of this for retail price, since the resellers of the 1st run were $400+. Unfortunately, the back of my box got a little banged up during shipping, there's a small tear at the top.

Edited 2 years agoHelluva box set. Insightful booklet tells the story, and the discs sound great. Packed with black anti static sleeves and nice touches like the designs in the blank side of 10 makes for a special package.

Are we certain this was repressed in 2023? Based on the initial dead.net email “warehouse new old stock found” I think this could be old 2018 pressings perhaps originally set for a European release that didn’t end up happening. The 2017 180g release had both an RTI pressing and Optimal pressing, US and Europe respectively. No matter, it's fantastic more heads have access to this show on vinyl.
