DubStoreUSA is the American branch of Record City, headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
All DubStoreUSA orders are first processed at our Japanese warehouse and then shipped daily to our partner warehouse in Florida, USA. From there, orders are packed and dispatched. This setup allows us to offer lower final shipping costs compared to direct shipments from Japan, while avoiding potential customs taxes. Please note that DubStore is primarily designed for small orders. For larger shipments, shipping costs may be higher compared to orders placed through our RecordCityJP store.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
We do not operate a physical store and do not offer in-store pickup.
Orders placed with DubStoreUSA are processed at our US warehouse within 3-6 business days. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

All shipments are made via USPS Media Mail, and our shipping rates are listed in the shipping table on our Discogs page.
Please note that even if USPS tracking shows no updates, your package may have already been handed off to USPS, and tracking information will be updated once the package leaves their facilities.

COMBINING ORDERS
We do not combine orders that have already been paid.
Discogs allows merging of unpaid orders only, under the "invoice sent" status. If you add items to an order after it has been paid, please leave the new order unpaid and send us a message so we can adjust the shipping fees.

INVENTORY
Due to the large volume of items listed daily, all items are visually graded. WE DO NOT PLAYTEST ITEMS.
Items listed as "MINT" are considered new, complete, and sealed, or in their original packaging.
For used items, any condition notes or missing accessories (e.g., OBI, liner notes, posters, bonus discs) will be included in the description, if applicable. (CD booklets and inlays are generally not considered missing accessories for used CDs).
Specific release details like PROMO or COLOR vinyl will be noted in the item description when relevant.

Our inventory is available across multiple platforms. While we update our listings daily, there is a possibility that an item sold on another platform may be unavailable after an order is placed. If this happens, we will you and offer a refund for the unavailable item(s).

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
We only accept payments via PayPal.
PayPal services are provided through the Singapore branch for transactions in Japan, so any references to Japanese or Singaporean s during payment are normal.
Refunds are processed via the Discogs order page connected to the original PayPal transaction.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted under certain conditions. Please DO NOT RETURN ITEMS without ing us first. If we are responsible for the reason for the return, we will provide a prepaid return label. Refunds for returns will be issued once our warehouse receives the package.

Please note: Return labels are void after 30 days if the return has not been confirmed. If a package is automatically returned by postal services and we don’t receive confirmation from you within 30 days, the order will be canceled and refunded.
